Heat loss survey and retrofit assessment - Ecofurb?

We need to get a full heat loss survey and retrofit assessment done to plan our move to making our house warmer, cheaper to run and reducing our carbon emmissions. I know that this is a relatively "new" field of business, but I'm really struggling to find an organisation which can come and do a comprehensive heat loss survey, with analysis of the current insulation and air tightness we have, with recommendations to improve, plus advise on future installations of solar panels, battery & heatpump.

I have managed to find one - Ecofurb, who seemed to be really comprehensive with the report they produce and answered loads of my questions on email, but when I asked the to provide me with some reviews from past customers, or even better, put me in touch with them, it all went silent. There are so many con artists and fly-by-nights in this industry that I am loathe to part with £500, never to see it, or the company, again. Though they are name checked on lots of council's websites in their energy efficiency section, there are no reviews anywhere on the internet for Ecofurb that I can find, not on Trustpilot, Trustmark, Checkatrade. According to Companies House, a company with that name dissolved in 2016, however, it appears that the name may have been bought by a company called Parity Projects, which in turn are owned by CoreLogic Ltd - a software solutions company, both of whom trade in the surveying technology industry. Has anyone had any dealings with any of these companies, preferably Ecofurb?

Or, can anybody recommend a retrofit and heat loss assessor in East sussex/Surrey/Kent/south London who can guide us through the whole process? Many thanks!

Just to clarify, Ecofurb is delivered by Cotality, who acquired Parity Projects in 2024 - and rebranded from CoreLogic in 2025.

If it helps to provide some reassurance, Cotality recently won the 2025 Ashden Award for Outstanding Achievement in home energy retrofit, thanks to Parity Projects' work helping local authorities and social landlords to decarbonise their housing stock - for which Parity Projects originally received an Ashden Award in 2012 - and of which we’re really proud.
