Hi all, I recently received a parking ticket in a casino car park in Manchester. I received the letter in the post, but somehow, I’ve managed to lose said letter. I think I remember or have identified the private company responsible to be Minster Baywatch. However, they make it basically impossible to speak to anyone over the phone and won’t respond to a single email! What am I supposed to do from here and where do I stand? I’m actively trying to complete the payment but they are zero help, almost as if they just letting the duration run to increase my fine!! Thanks in advance

Good afternoon, it seems my previous post was wrong. The parking ticket is through Euro Car parks at a Sainsbury’s. Yet again, they make it virtually impossible to speak to anybody regarding this. How can I go about paying for the ticket if I have lost the letter, thus losing the PCN number required to pay? Thanks in advance0

It is not a fine.
Nobody here will ever suggest that you pay an unregulated private parking company. Never, ever 'phone them or any of their agents either.
Plan A is always a complaint to the landowner and/or CEO, and your MP, always sent from the keeper without revealing the driver's identity. Include a copy of proof of money spent, loyalty card number, and PCN number. If you don't have the latter, then give the VRM.

Seriously you don't pay these. Read the NEWBIES thread and wait for the next letter then take that into Sainsburys to cancel it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
