Need Advice On an Universal Credit Payment

Hi all, need some advice. I have been claiming Carer's Allowance and UC for the last 6 years and everything have been smooth sailing with regards to payment. Usually UC deduct £359 from my UC amount for my Carer's Allowance and they have done this without fail. Had a note last week in my journal as I do every February saying I am claiming Carer's Allowance.
Payment went in the bank today and they haven't deducted the £359 of my Carer's Allowance, so I had the full amount paid into my bank. Before any assumes I am going to defraud them, I know it is a mistake so I have kept the amount to 1 side so I don't spend it, but I was wondering how they go about reclaiming the overpayment back? And also do I just leave a message in my UC journal about the mistake and wait for them to get back to me, as I would rather just pay back the £359 in one lump rather than have it deducted over the next few months from my UC.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance for help

You can add a note on your Journal, under Payment catagory.
You'll get a letter confirming the overpayment amount and repayment options. One of which is the DWP account you can send the lump sum to.
That is what I did when they messed up my ESA deduction.3 -
Thanks for the advice on how it works, appreciate it. Will do that today0
