Neighbour's planning application requires underpinning of my wall

This does not sound like a party wall, as it is end of terrace with no other building attached to it. It is in addition likely wholly owned by you. So presumably the neighbours are not proposing to use your wall for their structure (plans will show)? Party Wall Act still relevant though as they will be digging down near your wall for their foundations. If I were you I would: 1) check plans to ensure they are not proposing to build onto your wall; 2) make planning objection (look online for list of material considerations that may be relevant and see how they might apply to your situation). If they do get planning and intend to start building then they will have to follow due process under the Party Wall Act - although that will enable them to underpin your wall if that is what is required however they will have to pay for surveyor to act on your nehalf to ensure it is properly done etc0
