This was mentioned on another thread, but I can't find it again.  It's https://homebrew.n3rgy.com/
It shows 4 warnings for me, including:   Warning: Device Configuration has not been completed [INSTALLED_NOT_COMMISSIONED]  and one about out of date firmware.

Has anyone found the results reliable?  Octopus Complaints say the meters and comms unit are commissioned OK even though they're not receiving any readings.

Device Configuration has not been completed [INSTALLED_NOT_COMMISSIONED]

Which device was that? I've seen it quite often in respect of the IHD, and customer service can usually put it right by sending the appropriate commissioning commands.

No-one seems to take any notice of reports about expired certification or missing firmware updates, and they don't seem to have any effect on performance.

That's a useful tool. It has a warning for one of mine that it could be subject to flaky Comms (trilliant smets1) - replaced already booked in for this reason). I think it's possibly just a generic warning for the model, but useful.

Absolutely nothing. Mine has been like that since September.

Yes, it's the IHD. I've asked them to send a command.
They've decided the comms unit needs a power cycle, though I may have to wait 8 weeks for that.  It will be very windy tomorrow.  Maybe a brief power cut will do the trick instead.
