Submitted AOS but not witness statement - I know I'm a muppet but help please

Hi everyone.
Thanks for all the help over the years from me being a young student to now being "grown up".
I have read through the process but haven't seen the recommended task in this situation.
I submitted my AOS but did not do the witness statement as I had some life issues. I now have a CCJ on my credit file which I am 2 days away from the 1 month period that I can pay it off.
What I would like to know is can I still apply to have it set aside? (I qualify to not have to pay)
Thanks to anyone that can help.

How did you get from AoS to witness statement? What is the date of issue of the N1 claim form, when did you submit the AoS? Did you file a defence either by sending it by e-mail or completing the Defence box on MCOL (I hope not). Let's go from there.2

I doubt it, sorry. I think that is too risky UNLESS you have a really compelling defence v the PCN.iz-riz said:Hi everyone.

However, you are now past the 30 days so if you didn't pay it by now, you may as well do the CCJ set aside application after all. You'd need to include a defence again the PCN (your case would be different than most, and will rely on acting promptly and having good prospects of defence).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
