Mine are large and cheap ugly beige tiles. A friend recommended I get a stencil and paint them with a special tile paint by Rustoleum. I can't be bothered.£216 saved 24 October 20140

I'm interested in putting something on top of my tiles (on a part of the house with a solid floor). They look nice, but are cold underfoot. I certainly wouldn't go as far as removing them.

If I put laminate over those tiles would it mean every door frame needs trimmed? As I could run it all way to hall from living room so it’s same level of floor? But my fear is every door frame needs cut? If I do it one room wouldn’t there be a height gap? I know I could get vinyl laminate sticky tiles but may not be as good?0

Door frames wouldn't need to be cut. But the bottoms of the doors would need trimming.
