No fixed boiler

I called a heating company one that obviously tenders our plumbers, they charged £144 for a call out the arrived next day and could not find nor fix the problem on my boiler. they called two other plumbers for advice still could no fix. said it was one of two issues the circuit board or another issue. came the next day put in a part £60 pounds, and another £200 for labour there 50 mins. that now £400 spent so far. Left saying another issue probably the board. issue not fixed, on their website it says will find issue and fix, what are my options if any/

Without knowing which company you're dealing with and what terms and conditions you're working with, it's hard to say.  Was this an emergency callout?  They will almost always be more expensive, for a start.

Which business is it?  We can then look at their online terms.
