CPM PARKING FINE

, I have received 2 fines for a car park in Manchester, I am going to go an take pictures of the signs but I didn’t see any parking meters, I did pay on the roadside meter but didn’t realise that was different! 

Can anyone help with an appeal please

i have read the newbies thread but can see what I need

Travis St is very long, so doesn't really state where exactly,  just a postcode , possibly behind the Marriott   ?

Expect a rejection,  UK CPM are not going to cancel the PCN,  regardless of what you write

Presumably the roadside meter was council   ?  

Nobody mentioned paying,  you wont find that mentioned in the newbies sticky thread by coupon mad
