free (or cheap) tv London tv shows at the weekend

I know BBC (and other TV studios) offer free/cheap audience tickets.  Does anyone know where to find the ones that are showing on Saturday?

Normally applications are done via ballot (for free ones) some weeks before the show. Recordings also tend to be on weekdays

Ballot - tickets are not guaranteed, and even with a ticket, entry isn't guaranteed as they send out more tickets than they have seats for.

You don't "book" you "request" tickets and if you're lucky you get them.
