Disappearing e mails

So here I am once again understairs cupboard emptied and all electric ready for power off for the third time awaiting smart meter installation. However all Eons messages have disappeared!!! and no one has turned up. There is nothing on my app except an invitation to apply for a smart meter. 

What now. Being physically disabled and required to pay for every bit of help (including emptying cupboard) I guess I have to live with the cupboard contends blocking use of my walking aids in my lounge yet again. Surely this is not right. On last occasion the compensation which I had to fight for was just deducted from my bill so did not directly address my abortive costs incurred. I cannot go through this again so will have to switch suppliers. A not too easy task when on Fuel Direct.

Are you on the Priority Services Register?  I would have thought that BG would have agreed to empty the cupboard for you and put things back afterwards.

Claim the £30 regardless - it should be automatic anyway - but you may not see it other than a couple of £s of your next DD if pay that way.

And if say on pay be bill - if it gets deducted from a pay on demand bill - then the £30 surely stays in your bank account.

Were any of these messages in emails or texts to your phone.  You should have your copies even if EOn deleted them off of its servers.

Yes and no BG do not supply gas as far as my house. Only goes 2 doors down.

Received a what’s app message at 17.45 stating appointment has been cancelled please schedule another appointment. When I asked why so late their reply was unplanned staff absence! Unbelievable.

Have you never had a job and got ill?

If you have, did you know you would be ill days in advance of every illness?

These people are humans, we get ill sometimes.

And sometimes these humans lie about a reason.

I never like evening appointment, as if other jobs go wrong or take longer than expected you end up getting yours cancelled.
