UKCPS Fine parked for literally 5 minutes

Hello, I got a fine from UKCPS for parking on their land. I'm a delivery driver and delivered to one of the flats across the road from where I got fined, was a quick drop off to which I was unaware i'd still get a fine for a quick stop. Wondering where to go from this as they're trying to charge me  £60. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The driver did not park, they stopped whilst making deliveries

This scenario was upheld in the Jopson appeal case

You could appeal as keeper using the template appeal in the newbies sticky thread in announcements plus stating that the driver stopped briefly whilst making a delivery,  so the Jopson appeal case applies . No breach occurred

    Expect a rejection

Hello, thank you for your reply.

Do you have a link to the template?

Is my appeal most likely going to be rejected for stopping and delivering?

    Thank you.

No point appealing. They lied.  There's no appeal open to anyone.  They are ex-wheelclampers.

I suggest you search the forum for UKCPS Moorside Legal to see the stage where you DO need to respond.

It's not now!  No point whatsoever.  Just sit tight. But we assume by now you've found the NEWBIES thread which was 2 clicks away all along (see my signature).

Just picking up on this one again, I notice it is a 'non-POFA' NTK.

So definitely ONLY appeal as keeper, not driver. Not that the IAS will care about keeper liability as they trot out the rubbish that the keeper can be magically 'assumed' to be the driver.

Sit tight after that (either try IAS for the laugh, or DON'T waste your time), ignore ALL Trace letters and come back when Moorside send a LBC.
