    Yep that'll do.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks Coupon, I’ll send it off and wait for their response and then get back on here with the particulars.

Looking for some timescale advice now, I responded to their LoC on 15/4/25 with a variation of the above email.

I also sent another email 10 days later (after their 30 day limit) requesting all correspondence that they have from their client.

I just wanted to know if anybody has any idea on timescales for responses? Or is it simply a waiting game for a court claims form?

I don’t have the original PCN hence the request as I believe based on others that have been given out around the same time for this specific car park that the wording is different.

    thanks again.

Why does your thread title say it's over 5 years ago but your posts say 4 years?

The PCN was dated 22/04/20, so it has recently gone over 5 years.

OK so it isn't close to timing out, so it is currently just a waiting game for your court claim form.

These guys are scum bags. I’ll try and put it to the back of my mind for now. In the meantime, I have submitted SAR’s to G24 and DCB Legal to obtain the original PCN as it was so long ago. Is there anything else that you can recommend that I should be doing in the meantime?

Court Claim Form has now arrived, any advice on how to proceed from here would be great.

The amount they are claiming has almost doubled as expected. I am unsure on the best way to go ahead with the defence pack.

Nothing out of the ordinary. Template defence > Directions Questionnaire > Phone mediation (if you want to bother) > Court Date letter > Discontinuation in the autumn.

I should have stated, it’s more on the defence but on Mcol. I am assuming that is just outlining the key points I am basing my defence on?

Then when I send off my defence that is using the template you mentioned? I’m sorry if this is on the thread, I couldn’t access the drop box and won’t be able to for a couple of days.
