Help with Luton airport parking APCOA

Hello,
Last month I stopped in the quick drop off zone at Luton Airport and was 1 minute 21 seconds over the 20 minutes alloted time.
On Saturday 15/02/2025 I have received the parking charge in the post dated 31/01/25. It says I have 14 days to pay it at a reduced cost. However I have received it after the 14 days have already passed. Is there anyway I can appeal this as having to pay almost £1 per second for going over doesn't seem fair if I have to pay the full £95. Any help would be appreciated
Thanks

Just copy what's in the Heathrow Airport drop off group thread. Could not be easier.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
