Thompson Morgan & Waltons Collab Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter is Thompson & Morgan, part of Branded Garden Products, Poplar Lane, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP8 3BU. This giveaway is run in collaboration with Waltons.
2. No purchase is necessary to enter this campaign.
3. This giveaway is only open to United Kingdom mainland residents aged over 18, excluding employees of Thompson & Morgan, their families and all those professionally associated with this Promotion.
4. Entries must either be submitted via our Social Media Accounts by following the steps on the giveaway post.
5. Closing Date: As specified on the competition Instagram post.
6. The Prize: The winners will receive the prize specified clearly in the post. 
7. The prize for this competition is a Waltons Wooden Greenhouse and a Thompson & Morgan e-Gift voucher worth £300. Please note, that gift vouchers can be used online only, and cannot be redeemed against telephone or postal orders. The usage of gift vouchers is restricted to products that are fulfilled and sold directly by Thompson & Morgan and cannot be applied towards items offered by third-party sellers.
8. The Prize is non-exchangeable or transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts. Due to current regulations, we are not able to send this prize to winners in Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland. We are also unable to ship plugs, bedding plants and tender vegetable plants to the following areas: HS, IV41-IV49, IV51, IV55-56, KW15-KW17, PA34, PA41-48, PA60-PA78, PA80, PH40-PH44, TR21-TR24, ZE1-ZE3.

1. The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the promotional period within 5 working days of the Closing Date.

3. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, then the prize will be forfeited and Thompson & Morgan shall be entitled to select another winner. If a winner rejects their prize, then the winners prize will be forfeited and Thompson & Morgan shall be entitled to select another winner.
4. No cash alternative for the Prize stated is offered.
5. Thompson & Morgan and Waltons may substitute the prize for a prize of an equal or greater value if, for any reason, the original prize is unavailable.
6. Thompson & Morgan and Waltons may request that the winner participates in publicity arising from the Promotion. The winner is under no obligation to participate and may decline this request. Participation is at the winners discretion.
