Newbie Panicking. Received claim form

Hi everyone, thank you for all yours help for others. 
Yesterday received claim form dated 6.2.2025, 11 days after issue date.
Its from euro car park & dcb legal ltd.
Pcn issued 6.6.2021, checked my email and submitter appear 15.7.2021 . Rejected. Afte that received couple of letters but ignored till yesterday's claim form.

My story :  Stopped at euro car part that day for 15minutes to go and collect my order from argos. My wife was seating in the car all the time. Its was pay and go parking oppisite high street. Before was pay and display that's why I didt buy a ticket. Received pcn with picture of my car registration plate only. Submitted appear that it wasn't my car and asked for car pictures stating that was copied plate number. They didn't provide any other evidence. Rejected my claim.
Apologize for me English, it's not my first language and I need help with my case.
Last night tried to register Moc but was website maintenence.

What was the actual issue date on the top right of the claim form   ?

Check that date listed in the POC,  if that was the incident date then the pcn issue date would have been several days later,  or longer 

Post your AOS date if you have done it yet   ?

Register on the government gateway website first

Thank you , your first post was a little confusing ( we are not interested in when you received it   )

Login to the government gateway with your account,  assuming that you are the Defendant,  then navigate to MCOL and Login there,  complete the AOS online first in MCOL,  do not touch anything else,  you then have a defence deadline of around the 11th of March,  so next month,  no rushing,  but definitely do the AOS online ASAP 

Then study other recent ECP DCB Legal court cases on here,  anything from 2025, to use an adaptation of their paragraphs 2 , 3 and 3.1 to slot into the template defence replacing the paragraphs in there 

So study the second post in the newbies sticky thread and the first 2 posts in the defence template thread 

So was the pcn ISSUED on the date in the POC  (  6/6/2021  )   or was it issued by post several days later   ?

I cant rember what date, dont have first letter with claim. Remember incident date, it was Sunday 6.6.2021. Probably a week later received pcn letter.

Spelling mistake, don't have  first letter with PCN. Incident date is correct 6.6.2021 but PCN received at least a week later. 
Will register tonight at government gateway.

It's just doing paperwork until DCB Legal eventually discontinue.

Log in > file acknowledgement of service > submit defence > ignore DCB Legal 'we intend to continue letter' > wait for Allocation Questionnaire in the post, complete and forward to court and DCB Legal > wait for mediation letter and complete > mediation over phone (2 min conversation, offer zero) > get a court date in the post > DCB Legal discontinue OR write witness statement and forward to court and DCB Legal > then DCB Legal discontinue.

Only send through email, not the post.

Please show us a photo of the Particulars of Claim (on the left of the Claim Form) but cover up your car registration.

You can just use the Template Defence and add this as paragraph 3, changing the date:

3. Referring to the POC: paragraph 1 is denied. The Defendant is not indebted to the Claimant. Paragraph 2 is denied. No PCN was "issued on xx/xx/xxxx" (the date of the alleged visit).  Whilst the Defendant is the registered keeper, paragraphs 3 and 4 are denied. The Defendant is not liable and has seen no evidence of a breach of prominent terms.  The quantum is hugely exaggerated (no PCN can be £170 on private land) and there were no damages incurred whatsoever. The Claimant is put to strict proof of all of their allegations.

So NO pcn was issued on the incident date,  so go with the paragraph 3 by coupon mad,  plus add an ending to paragraph 2 as well
