Boohoo return missing items

Hi all.
I’ve been using boohoo for years with no problems. I ordered 8 items recently. I kept 1 and returned the rest. I have had an email for a refund but 2 items are missing from it. They said they are going to check cctv but after reading some other stories it doesn’t look likely.
I returned via royal mail so have parcel weight and made the purchase through klarna.
