I have economy 7 and I emailed octopus to see if I will be affected by the switch off. They said if they haven't emailed me, then probably not.I've enclosed a photo.
Can anyone advise me?

That's a mechanical time switch. No radio involved.I do note that your meter was certified in 1997 and is likely to be very close to the end of its life, if it hasn't passed it already.N.
