Hi, lived in my property for 5years when I came to sell it , it came to light there is a bit of unregistered land in my garden which has hedging all round so it’s been part of the garden for 35year with the person I bought it off , put in for adverse possession and expedited it with selling the property , they had declined it saying I have only been there 5 years got to be 12. , is there anything I can do now0
