Filling forms my probate questionnaire

I'm aiming to get this Probate questionnaire filled in soon,so I've got figures for how much the funeral cost so I can put that down as a debt owed and a care bill.And I have a figure from bank of funds on day of death.So if things change after forms have been sent in,in for instance if mum gets paid a few hundred quid from octopus energy does that really matter as they will owe her something,if I wait for all of these people to get in touch it's going to take ages?
This estate is no where near IHT so are they bothered if figures fluctuate a little bit and can I just pay those off as they come along,I mean you're not going to contact the Probate office to add things once they're already doing the forms surely?

No it is not going to matter if the numbers change a bit, you don’t have to submit amendments to the probate office.
