I did it recently and realised I'd jumped the gun and had triggered a move to the newer (higher) rate.

Anyone else having problems with that link? The page just continually jumps and doesn’t load. Have tried multiple devices.

Yes I've had a problem with that link for many weeks, the page just flashes on and off and you can't do anything

Good to know it’s not just me. Have since emailed them to ask and they have already actioned it.

Possibly by design - fewer people will ditch and switch if they have to call/email to do it.

At least when you do call there is a bare minimum of initial waffle and menu options to listen through and the call is answered straight away (from my 3 recent experiences) and all sorted in a few minutes from first picking up the phone.

Glad it wasn't just me having problems this morning.
How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 3.24% of current retirement "pot" (as at end December 2025)

The link still appears to be broken.    Anyone else been able to get it to work?

Been broken for a long time. Easy to switch by phone or email.

Keep in mind although most tariffs have no fees to switch there was at least one last year that does.

I always check the statement to see if they've got a better deal, but sometimes the deals come up mid month.

That link was easier than having to use a comparison site, or ringing, especially if you just wanted to stay with octopus .

    Hey ho.
