How do you change from one Octopus fixed tariff to another Octopus fixed tariff?

Possibly by design - fewer people will ditch and switch if they have to call/email to do it.1 -

At least when you do call there is a bare minimum of initial waffle and menu options to listen through and the call is answered straight away (from my 3 recent experiences) and all sorted in a few minutes from first picking up the phone.I came, I saw, I melted0 -

Been broken for a long time. Easy to switch by phone or email.
Keep in mind although most tariffs have no fees to switch there was at least one last year that does.0 -

I always check the statement to see if they've got a better deal, but sometimes the deals come up mid month.
That link was easier than having to use a comparison site, or ringing, especially if you just wanted to stay with octopus .
