Clock repair - hour hand not connected

Hello,

Please see the video for more detail. The hour hand has been hanging limp. I've taken it apart and attempted to put it back together but to no avail. Any ideas? If not, where can I go to get it repaired?

Not sure about this particular clock, but usually a hand is just push-fit on the corresponding axis (axes are one inside another). If so, this screw is purely decorative and, if needed, you can try making the hole in the lose hand a little smaller by making the arm slightly flatter in this place.
Post a close-up photo of the axes?

Yes, as above, the hands are usually a push fit. Press down on either side of the circular part of the hand around the centre and you should feel it tighten.

Set the minute hand to the 12 position and then try to press the hour hand in place over it.
