I have got rid of Sky Q and gone for a Humax Foxset HDR Freesat+ box and for some reason it will not find any Signal.
So is the box i got one that will not work with a dish that had Sky Q running from it?

Sky Q uses a wideband LNB by default, only the latest Freesat 4K can use it.0

Hi, Sky Q uses a propriety LNB which won't work with your Freesat box. Sky sometimes install a "hybrid" LNB so have a look and see how many cable outlets are available on your LNB.
If there are only two and are both used then you will need a new LNB. They are relatively cheap (below is one on ebay) and quite easy to fit. The cables that are already there will work fine and it is just a matter of swapping out the LNB.

Here is a youtube video showing you how to change the LNB :

You need to switch the LNB on the dish, or get an Arris Freeview box (they are pricey)
There are some Chinese boxes which will work with the Sky Q LNB, but they tend not to have a very good GUI, and look like something Atari came up with.0
