even if the webchats don't have an obvious print function you can always screen shot and save those somewhere.

fyi - our gas meter battery died and so they cut off the gas supply on the basis that they couldn't charge us for what we might otherwise receive. So what had been a smart meter is now rather stupid. But they did replace it within about 6 hours of being notified. No idea when they'll be back to smarten up our meter. 6 months and counting.
