For completeness, below is the POPLA appeal letter that was submitted for this dispute. Note that point 2 ("Non-Compliant Photo Evidence") and point 4 ("No Evidence of Landowner Authority") differ a bit from a lot of the other past appeals templates on the forum because the BPA now follow The Private Parking Sector Single Code of Practice rather than the old BPA AOS Code of Practice, so the appeal below refers to and includes the relevant extracts from that new code of practice instead.
