    Both look like terrible value for money in my opinion.
    Humour us. Find a 2 bedroom purpose built flat in the N12 postcode that looks good value for money.
    No point to that, if people want to take on 30 year mortgage debt for these shoe-boxes there is very little I can do about it, calling it out for what it is though hopefully saves a few people from a very bad debt deal.
