    Help. I missed the deadline and now have a judgement against me.  It is worth asking for the set aside or just pay the fine. I have early menopause which impacts my ability to remember things, I was also out of the country on holiday.

    Sorry, you have no grounds. You'll have to pay it in full immediately or you'll have your credit rating damaged by a CCJ.

    I'd guess he's paid the judgment. Hasn't been back here for 6 weeks.
