Any help would be much appreciated.0

It's a letter from a powerless debt collector and can be ignored. However, they may pass it to the solicitor's arm of the same company which is DCB Legal Ltd, who may apply for a warrant of control, or they may pass it back to the principle (the parking company) who may do this, or some other means of recovering the court mandated money due.
If you have only just found out about the CCJ, then you might be able to apply for a set aside, but if you have known about this for a long time, then you will find that more difficult.
A lot could happen between now and September, so I think you need proper legal advice. There may be some posters on this forum who can help, but it is beyond the likes of me because it is now no longer a parking issue.

@ChirpyChicken will probably confirm that we've never seen DCB get a Warrant of Control for a single PCN case.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
