DRO discharged but debts showing as active

Hello! I hope someone can help as I’m being passed from pillar to post and getting nowhere!
I entered a DRO, discharged in December 2024. On my credit files some not all of the debts included are still showing with an active balance and defaulted payments. I’ve contacted the active companies and they say the balances are zero?
In the DRO was a CCJ for a historical private parking fine issued through the lovely DCB legal, which I didn’t know anything about until it was too late. The DRO has listed the amount to be included under DCB legal, yet the CCJ is still active! I’ve called the National business centre they told me to speak to the insolvency service, they told me to speak to the court! I’m really trying to reset my credit and start fresh, am currently trying to secure a rental property which is proving impossible and the companies are all incompetent of dealing with my enquiry! Head spin

OK, when a DRO or any insolvency completes, you should go through the "credit file clean up".
Debt Camel details the process here:
How to improve your credit rating after a DRO · Debt Camel
Write to your creditors, don`t phone, that way the letter gets to the relevant department.
Basically all debts should show in default, with a default date on or before the date of your DRO, and all balances should show as either settled, satisfied or zero.
Regarding the CCJ, there is no way to mark a county court judgement in insolvency, so it stays as it is.
The judgement is annulled, and the balance is written off, and the whole entry will disappear on the 6th anniversary of the judgement date.
Hope that helps.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. I wouldn`t worry about it, the judgement is annulled, as I said previously, there is no way to mark a CCJ annulled by insolvency, so it will still show as active, but it isn`t, it cannot be enforced, and will disappear on the 6th anniversary regardless.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
