GBIS - Loft Insulation

When I purchased my first home at the end of 2023, I looked into the scheme, i’m not on benefits but my EPC is D and council tax is B. I filled in the form and it went to my provider - Scottish Power - who said they’ve passed the info on. I never heard anything and completely forgot about it.
Last week I had a cold caller knock my door telling me that I’d be entitled to it with the same scheme. I felt a bit weird with it being out of the blue so I reached out again from Scottish Power. I’ve got somebody coming out on Monday.
My loft insulation is 100mm but it is also part boarded. Before I totally embarrass myself on Monday, is it something that they can still look into? If not, I’ll cancel the appointment.
Anyone else had any recent experience of it? For context my house was built in the 90s. All other houses in my cul de sac have C EPC.
Thanks for helping to try calm my anxiety!

If not, I’ll cancel the appointment. My loft had some insulation put down via an ECO scheme a long while ago. At the time, the loft was partially "boarded" (random planks of wood laid across joists for access to water tanks). The guys that put the insulation down just rolled the stuff out over the top of the planks and anything else that was lying around - Have since removed the random planks (and water tanks) and boarded out properly using loft legs.Depending on how your loft is boarded, and how the boards are fixed down, the installers may lift the boards first. Unlikely that they would put in loft legs and refit the boards. You'll have to ask when the guy turns up on Monday.
