Careful how you go. Where I worked, we had somebody come to interview who said they were taking their previous employer to a tribunal. They didn't get the job. There was no way the interviewer was going to expose the business to a potentially litigious employee when there was a good selection of other candidates available.Make £2025 in 2025

Once again I will ask:
Do you feel you were discriminated against (by which I mean on one of the protected characteristics)?
How long did you work there?
And, why do you think you will suceed at a tribunal? Most people don't, so why are you thinking you've got a strong case?
Given that the OP seems reluctant to reply, then I think that tells me everything I need to know... and I don't have time to waste on people who ask 'advice' but actually want others to agree with their preconceived view.7 -

Sadly you should have followed the previous advice.Life in the slow lane2 -

OP - just sign it and walk away, it will be better for you in the long run0 -
I'm getting legal advice at lunchtime. I will probably just sign it, I need the money as my new job doesn't start until 5/3....but I'd love to take them to a tribunal and see how they like that0
