Options
What happens after the two weeks they stop paying housing benefit and waiting for first universal credit payment as my housing benefit is paid to landlord directly?

Have you asked UC to pay Housing Element direct to LL?

After the final hb payment, it will be 3 weeks until the first UC Housing Element is paid.

You will need to let your Landlord know what is happening.

Mine wait for the first UC payment, then do a payment plan where you pay a little extra each week until the arrears are cleared, and the UC payment puts the account 1 month into credit

So tell the landlord soon as applied for it? And how do I request for paid to landlord still?

Yes let your Landlord know when you have applied.

Once you've applied for UC you will have access to your online account, known as the Journal.

You can write a note on your Journal requesting that UC pay Housing Element directly to your Landlord.
