Parking charge notice, METparking, Starbucks at Stansted

Hello,
I have received a parking charge notice from METparking, for which I have used a standard "rejection" found on this forum, and have received further 14 days from them to pay or take another action, however, it seems there is no option to appeal again neither to them, nor to BPA. Any suggestions? I have stayed there almost 60 minutes, haven't even seen that you have to pay or register, reason being that I have been there before many times and I believe the rules have been changed recently? Please advise. Attaching both letters, original was received by post, and reply to appeal was received by email.

Which standard appeal did you use? Can you post here?Did you do this online and they replied in writing by Post?Did you use the Starbucks? Do you have a receipt?1

I have used some standard form adapted it to my circumstances, about not providing signage etc and not admitting liability . Yes I did it online and got reply by email. I did not use starbucks, like I said it used to be just 60 mins free stay, must have been changed recently and I haven't noticed it, hence I have stayed 58 minutes. I have used that carpark roughly once a month on average before this with no issues0

If you want to try POPLA, then your likely winning point would be to quote the BPA CoP about the requirement to add extra signs when the terms or obligations change at a site.
Then add the usual 'no landowner authority' point (see post 3 of the NEWBIES thread). And the usual 'not relevant land' Airport site point, as long as you didn't ever say who was driving in the first appeal.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
