Why only 1 bank account showing in ClearScore ?

Someone said online that they had a ClearScore report and it showed every bank account they ever had, including very old ones from a decade or more ago. So I thought it would be interesting to see what it shows. On mine, it shows 2 credit card accounts, that is correct, but only 1 current account, and ironically it is my Natwest Basic Bank Account that doesn't have an overdraft or even the ability to add one. The 2 that do have an overdraft (but not used) don't show up at all. Admittedly NatWest have added my credit card account to the same NatWest app that shows my basic account, so not sure if that is the reason, they are 2 different accounts though signed up at different times.
Any idea why ? If this is not the way, how can I see every bank account I have/had ?

Some banks might not share with Equifax (Clearscore) or it could be an error or there could be a variation of your address (like a flat position) which causes this. I have a few credit cards that don't appear on my Experian report. I'm not too fussed as I am not really interested in looking at a row of zeros on the screen. There are 2 other agencies, maybe apply to them and see what they have on file.2

You ultimately need to check your files from all 3 CRAS - Experian, Equifax and TransUnion. It's not uncommon for some banks to report to only one or two of them, which means if you only check one file then you could be missing things. Unless your accounts are really old and pre-date CRA reporting, then I'd expect them to be represented in your files from at least one CRA.1

If you closed these old accounts then they would disappear after the settled date.

Old accounts never included the agreement of sharing data in the t&c's that customers entered into.0
