Updating email on BOS site

Just updated email on the BOS site.
Then went to Lloyds to do the same thing but the profile had already been changed.
Currently asking the question in chat why this occurred.
So far the answer is you can't do it because its on a different platform do you want me to update for Lloyds
Have said that they where incorrect.
Now have come back can you please help me with the email address.
As always never get any answers with chat.
Next message will likely be contact customer service over and out

I'm pretty sure that Lloyds Banking Group propagate such profile changes across the group automatically, so you don't need to do it individually by brand.35har1old said:Just updated email on the BOS site.

They do. I had to jump through hoops to change my postal address with Lloyds, but my other LBG accounts were updated automatically as the customer service advisor said they would.eskbanker said:
