Last Working Day Standing Order

I know there was some discussion about this a few years ago and Barclays came up, but are there any other banks that allow the user to nominate the last working day as the date to pay a standing order on a regular basis?

Basically, I get paid on the last working day each month and I want some money to always move to another account the very same day.

Barclays, First Direct and HSBC (staff must do it for you).

Sadly, I opened an HSBC account in October 2018 - so wouldn't currently qualify for the switching bonus.
