You need to pan SW a bit. Or type in 'Maritime Museum, Lisbon'.

I you follow the botton light when it is moving away from the car, then you should be able to get through the gap. Do the same when you have picked up the package, it is a case of keep trying - dont get too close to the light span from the top light
