    I submitted a trimmed version of the defence. There was still no option to change my address. I clearly stated 'Defendants updated address' at the top of the defence column.

    You'll have to send a separate email about that and copy in the solicitors.

    Update- Settled at mediation. They came in at £200, I counter offered £10 they went £150...after some back and forth we agreed on £30. Although from what I've read chances are it wouldn't have gone to court I am pleased this headache is gone and I don't have to deal with these fartknockers anymore. Thank you to everyone that has contributed in helping.

    £30 is a loss for them as the claim cost them a £35 fee! So I call this a win for you.
