Child car seats are only required until the Child reaches 12 years old or 135cms tall, (4 Foot 6" in "Old Money"), whichever comes first.elsien said:Not that it matters, but how old is your daughter? I am wondering how they knew you weren't using a buggy of any sort. Although if there is no car seat that would tend to imply an older child.3 -
For a small baby there may be no car seat to see left in the car as parents lift out the seat to carry baby in2025 Decluttering Campaign 1235/2025 🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅(🏅🏅🏅) 🌟🌟🌟💐

If there is no indication of the maximum age of the child the P&C spaces apply to the car was clamped without authority.
Claim against the card and then see if a further demand arrives. To fight this to any sort of conclusion around the legality or not of clamping under POFA and bylaws could need a Beavis level of legal costs.1 -
so what did you do about this then....1

Same advice as above.ChirpyChicken said:Not illegally clamped
Do a reclaim on your card if you wish
You will then get a joke of a court claim from CPS midlands which is easily dealt with as their claims are hopeless (even where the user had told the bank it was unauthorised they got their money back)
I know this site very well. If you haven't paid by card you are wasting your time trying to get your money backPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
