CP Plus(Nexus) appeal reply Feb 2025 after sending template appeal

Hello,

I hope that somebody can guide me with a response to this generic email I received.

I had a PNC NTK less than 14 days ago titled: "E-permit holder parking in an incorrect bay", I sent an email to the land owners parking department(currently my employer) for which they have not replied. After waiting a few days I then emailed appeal@appealpcn.co.uk with the standard letter from the newbie forum. I received an automated response almost immediately, then waited a further 5 days for a real response which was the text below.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your correspondence relating to your Parking Charge.

The representations stated in your correspondence have been noted and considered. Please forward to us the full name and address of the driver at the time this charge was incurred so that we can update our records accordingly.

We are placing this Charge on hold for 14 days from the date of this email to allow you to provide the details requested.

Yours faithfully,

CP Plus Ltd.


Unfortunately a few days later I had a second letter from another car park managed by Nexus and owned by my employer stating that I breached exactly the same condition.

I know that under no circumstances do I admit who the driver is so I'm not sure how I should respond.

I received the same response from both appeals(complaints) to the email address above.

Any help would be much appreciated
