AutoMoney Motor Finance Possible Fraud Going On!!!

I want to show you how companies sell your so-called guarded legal credit information and how they treat you and how they possibly fraud you, and how hopefully you maybe can help me.
I had a legal car agreement that I signed with London & Surrey Motor Finance Limited in May 2016, cannot find paperwork, but have emails to the ford dealer and no one can produce this paperwork. A year after this I had a stroke and was in a bad place as I thought I was going to die, luckily only some brain damage. In the night London & Surrey Motor Finance Limited repossessed the car, I thought it had been nicked. They said we should have called them, we didnt know what was going on.
OK I'll move on. Look at this attached credit file, this name has changed over the years, they should not be allowed to use trading names, this is how it gets interesting. They file no payments for this, but I never signed up for AutoMoney Motor Finance, I signed up for London & Surrey Motor Finance Limited.
Now company is called "AutoMoney Motor Finance" on my credit file, that is AutoMoney Limited that I have no paperwork for, but few emails going back and forward recently disputing and complaining to and asking them to produce paperwork with my signature.
Automoney Limited that is owned by Norfolk Capital Limited was on FCA approved on 01-01-2020
But my agreement was in 2016 right, hope I'm making sense, having a stroke does that to you.
Now, how can a dissolved none FCA approved company trade?
And how does AutoMoney Limited or Norfolk Capital Limited or Auto Money trade my credit file, they report no payments on my file, and they have taken me to court for £4000, and I've now got a CCJ as they sent paperwork to our old address, so always holding me over a barrel and never given me the paperwork and a judge has only what is in front of them to make a judgement. Judges are full and are overworked, look how long it takes to take you to court, year if you're lucky.
Im asking has anybody had this before or can they help me, Im trying to get back on track but this company is keeping me over a barrel with non-payment and CCJ. I dont know what I can do, but even if I make people aware of this big hedge fund executives in the shard to stop doing this practice.
What are my chances of getting CCJ set aside, do I take them to court (what for) or can I get legal aid or does the hole get bigger, I really dont have much money now registered disabled, so appreciate any help if any.
Thank you
Bill

Sorry to hear about your health issues.
Debts can be be sold at any time without any further authority or input from you, in fact it`s quite common for this to happen.
A set aside application maybe be a waste of £300, as you only satisfy one of the two criteria necessary for it to be granted.
Yes the papers went to an old address, but you don`t have a defence against not owing the money, you cant get legal aid, but if your on a low income, you can apply for a reduction in the set aside fee, if you went ahead.
I see no basis for you to be taking legal action, I have sympathy with your situation, but on the face of it they appear to have done nothing wrong.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
