Can't login to Experian to stop subscription. How to contact them?

I can't login, which is strange because everything was securely noted and I'm just copy and pasting.
I can't find a way to contact Experian. The subscription is for creditlock and reports which I can't access now. 
What if I cancel the credit card?

Have you tried typing the password instead of copying and pasting it  - Some systems don’t like copied password entry. 

Cancelling  the card is not the same as counselling the subscription, and the money would still be due. 

Or you could try phoning them using the number handily given by Google and also readily available on their contact page.

Visa & Mastercard have systems that allow Experian in this case to request new card details.

I also have this problem. Their website and contact details are useless, the only alternative is to write to them which is, in these days, archaic!
