Hi
I have recieved the below off the trustee, in regards to distribute funds to beneficiary.
Can someone please clarify as to what stage the gift trust is at, I am a beneficiary.
His update on the status of the Trust’s settlement is as follows : “… our instructions are in the system currently with the provider and therefore not much that we can do to speed up the process as yet, as the ‘death claim’ surrender goes through”.
We have been waiting for the funds since September last year.
Thank you

Not sure what help anyone can provide unless they happen to be familiar with the same trust provider. Further detail of the trust would be helpful. The language sounds like it's some sort of life insurance product.1

You should have added this to your previous thread rather than start a new one, as anyone reading this in isolation does not have a clue what you are talking about.3
