In general with MBNA, they charge a fee on *all* Balance Transfers with the exception of Virgin within the initial 0% period, if you say you want to transfer on the application form.

Absolutely. I have not yet seen any posts from anyone saying that they HAVE been charged by Virgin for doing this, but many saying that they have not.

Phone them up, get them to confirm no charge, do the transfer.

DON'T use the cheques.
