Share dealing platform and my experience with HSBC

Hello,
I have several dealing platforms and I bank with HSBC. I've recently opened an ISA with them and I am thrown back in the 80s - where the only thing I can see for my portfolio value is based on the previous day closing prices. No real-time or near realtime updates. Does anyone have experience with a better bank so I can transfer my ISA?
Thanks in advance.
Zak

Is there a reason you want your ISA with a bank rather than any of the other share dealing platforms you already use?1

No reason to be with the bank, but other platforms are foreign platforms - can you suggest any good one in the UK?InvesterJones said:Is there a reason you want your ISA with a bank rather than any of the other share dealing platforms you already use?0 -

Not the cheapest perhaps but I’ve found Hargreaves Lansdown to be excellent.2

There are lots of British platforms and stockbrokers. You won’t like its website much and the pricing is delayed by 15 minutes* but a good British stockbroker for Isas is iWeb, ultimately owned by Lloyds Banking Group. No ongoing account fees and £5 per trade.Zak64 said:

*This is assuming you own stockmarket listed securities, if you own Oeics they’ll always be the price at the last dealing point, usually yesterday and they usually won’t show the current day’s price if the dealing point was at midday before 17:00 and later.2 -
If you're referring to the InvestDirect platform (confusingly they have more than one platform for investments - the one for funds is much more modern), it is quite old fashioned.Zak64 said:Hello,
