David Lloyd PCN from NCP Parking - Help

Hello everyone,

Unfortunately I have gotten a parking ticket from NCP for 'not parking within the marked bays' due to poor maintenance from David Lloyd / NCP who left a large pile of leaves and gravel - I was maybe at most a foot. Definitely not causing any obstruction

I have gone and undertaken step A as recommended by the thread, but unfortunately david lloyd are not taking any responsibility and said they can't do anything.

I think this is whole load of !!!!!! from NCP and I can't describe them as anything else other than leeches

Should I appeal directly on their website? Presuming this won't do much as they will probably blanket reject everything.

Thank you in advance..

"Unfortunately I have gotten a parking ticket from NCP...."  -   a heads-up  -  the doc states NPC a completely different entity.

As it's not NCP, am I right in thinking that NPC are in the IPC? If yes, there's no appeal so everyone always just ignores IPC firms.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi! Ignore as in they have no legal bounds to actually get the money from me? I could just leave it and ignore them?

Yes it is NPC (not NCP, apologies) - who are part of the IPC

Sit tight. Do nothing except the below.

By going confidently into the 'ignore' stance, the only steps to take (because you MUST check every letter) are:

    - Tell them if you move house within 6 years.

    - Ignore the tedious £170 threatograms shown in pictures in the 4th post of the NEWBIES thread.

    - Come back if you get a solicitor's LBC as per the 2nd post of the NEWBIES thread.

Nobody pays a penny unless a Judge says so. There is no risk AT ALL in defending a court claim. No CCJ. No bailiffs

    Hi.

    Thank you!
