1. The prize promotion is open to UK residents only.
2. Entrants must be 18 or over and all entries must be made from within the United Kingdom.
3. The prize shall be awarded at the discretion of Shindig Festival and Muddy Stilettos and if it considers any entrant has acted inappropriately or dishonestly in entering into the competition it reserves the right to refuse to award any prize.
4. No purchase is necessary.
5. Competition closes at 11.59pm on 24 February 2025. 
6. The winner will be chosen at random from all correct entry submissions. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner via Instagram or email. If the winner cannot be contacted or successful contact is not made within 4 days the promoter reserves the right to pick a new winner (without liability to the original winner).
8. The Prize: There is one prize which consists of a pair of adult weekend tickets to Shindig Festival, 1 bell tent for two people, a car pass, shower pass and access to Mojos Bar.
9. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.
10. Other than where such liability cannot be excluded by law, Shindig Festival  cannot accept responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any person entering the competition or as a result of accepting the prize.
11. If any promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of Shindig Festival Ltd which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Shindig Festival Ltd reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the written directions of any relevant authority.
