Terms and Conditions of Competition.

These are the terms and conditions that govern the relationship between you, the entrant and Weird Fish Limited (the promoter), 15 Miller Court, Severn Drive, Tewkesbury Business Park, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, GL20 8DN

ELIGIBILITY
The competition is only open to residents in the UK. Entrants must be over the age of 18 and hold a valid email address.

The following people are not eligible to enter the competition:

Employees of Weird Fish, Experience Freedom immediate family members and associated businesses.

Weird Fish assumes that by entering the competition you have the legal capacity to do so and agree to these terms and conditions.

Entries from automated competition entry sites such as Win24, WeWin4U, Prizewise, Prize500 and PrizeDrawCentre are not valid and will be disqualified.

HOW TO ENTER
Entries can only be made online via the competition page http://www.weirdfish.co.uk/experience-freedom

To enter the competition you must enter a valid email address plus full name. You must complete all information fields.
Only one entry is allowed per person.
There is no entry fee and no purchase required.

PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion opens on 4th February 2025 and closes midnight 25th March 2025

Entries received before or after the stated dates will be subject to the terms and conditions of our subscriber policy, if you choose to opt in to be contacted by Weird Fish or any of the associated 3rd parties, but may not be entered into the prize draw. Please note you will not be contacted if you have not opted in to hearing from any of the mentioned parties, other than to be notified of the outcome on completion of the competition.

PRIZE
There is one (1) prize consisting of;

A 4 night stay in any Experience Freedom glamping accommodation subject to availability at time of booking. For up to four adults and two children. Plus a £200 Weird Fish voucher.

Maximum party size varies according to the accommodation chosen,

Valid for stays from 01 April 2025 - 31 December 2025. Some locations and/or accommodation types have seasonal opening dates.

Stays in either a glamping pod, glamping cabin, yurt, safari tent or camping pod available at the selection of locations across the UK.

No cash alternative can be given.

Prize does includes optional towel hire and dog friendly supplement if relevant - to be specified at time of booking

The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable, and there are no cash alternatives. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide the stated prize, we reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value. The competition is subject to applicable UK laws.

The winner is responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically detailed in the prize including but not limited to; travel, insurance, extra meals, drinks, and all necessary travel documents. When issued, the accommodation cannot be re-issued or changed in any way.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and there is no cash alternative or alternative prize of equal or greater value.

Any costs incurred over and above the basic prize are at the personal cost of the winner.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize, of equal or greater value, at the promoter’s discretion.

The prize is subject to availability and cannot be exchanged.

SELECTION OF WINNER
One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all entries no later than 1st April 2025.
The winner will be selected randomly and witnessed. The decision is final and no discussion will be entered into concerning the outcome. The winner will be contacted by the email address supplied.

Weird Fish reserves the right to select an alternative winner in the event that we have reasonable grounds for believing that a winner has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions.

The name and home county of the winner will be available for one (1) month after the prize draw takes place by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to Weird Competitions at the stated address.

GENERAL
By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (which may be amended or varied at any time by us with or without notice) and by our decisions which are final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

By entering into this competition you are not giving Weird Fish, Experience Freedom permission to contact you for other marketing purposes unless you have opted-in to do so.

All changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted in revised terms and conditions on the website.
We accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misaddressed, undelivered, postage due or misdirected entries.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
