So sorry to read you’re feeling so crushed mentally from this debt, you have a lot on your plate from the debt, caregiving to looking after your family. Please if you haven’t, see your GP, or call/chat with a mental health helpline - you need to look after yourself first before you can support others. I can’t offer much advice for the debt itself but perhaps speaking with HMRC and letting them know your situation will open other options for repayments?0
