Its not a CCJ , its a claim form that is included in the N1SDT pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL
Parking Eye have issued that claim form themselves, so it's not the same as the DCB Legal claims, the total is more correct, no spurious charges etc
No idea about your deadline because you redacted the issue date
Change your thread title to something more suitable like
Parking Eye in house court claim 20251 -
The issue date is: 27 Jan 20250

With the dcb legal one I just copied and pasted the default response through the mcol website is this a similar process or do I need to do something different?0

Login to MCOL via the government gateway, complete the AOS online as detailed in the newbies sticky thread in announcements, plus study the 12 steps in the defence template thread
We recommend emailing your final defence, after it's approved ( not using MCOL )
Look at other Parking Eye claims , not any dcb legal ones , because the claim in in house1 -
za1ntc said:The issue date is: 27 Jan 2025With a Claim Issue Date of 27th January, you have until Monday 17th February 2025 to file an Acknowledgment of Service('AOS'), but there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.To file an AOS, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Having filed an AOS in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 3rd March 2025 to file a Defence. That's almost three weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the AOS guidance.Don't miss the deadline for filing an AOS, nor that for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an AOS has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.3 -

Please edit the word CCJ from your thread title and the first post. This isn't a CCJ.
Copy any other defence you see where ParkingEye added £25 on top of the PCN and filed a claim in-house, in recent weeks.
They are all the same. Quite a few of them here. No link needed. Search the forum but DON'T copy a ParkingEye DCB Legal defence.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Try putting the words "ParkingEye Court Claim Form" or, "ParkingEye £210 claim" in the forum search facility.
That should bring up some recent (this year) threads.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
Despite these words posted on your thread nearly three weeks ago...
...you have left it to the last minute.KeithP said:
